Ullswater Steamers

Four Steamers, three around 100 years old, run a service from Glenridding to Pooley Bridge via Howtown. At Howtown there are a variety of excellent lakeside walks from 1 to 10 miles in length, The steamer services runs daily throughout the year. Tel: 017684 82229

Windermere Lake Cruises
Launches and Steamers sail everyday throughout the year between Bowness, Ambleside and Lakeside with connections to the Aquarium of the Lakes and the World of Beatrix Potter attraction in Bowness. Steam Yacht Gondola Coniston
An excellent way to take in the scenery of Conistion Water. First launched in 1859 the saloons are furnished to a high standard having been renovated by the National Trust.
